Triple Jump

Our experience with Triple Jump was disappointing and unprofessional. After months of outreach—emails, follow-ups, and introductions—we received no response whatsoever. Despite multiple touchpoints and clear mutual fit, they remained completely silent until we directly confronted them. Only then did we finally hear back, but by that point, the lack of engagement and courtesy had already spoken volumes.

Responsible investing should begin with responsible communication. Unfortunately, Triple Jump fell far short on both counts.
