Mandala at first seemed very eager to learn more about the company, but dragged the process out for many months, repeatedly asking for updated models and customer intros, only to go dark without any explanation. It became clear they were more interested in free industry insight than actually investing. This happens alot and it is important to follow up quickly to know if PE or VC firm is serious or curious.
